US State Department Mentions UCU in 2007 Religion Report 09.25.2007, [10:54] On 14 September 2007, the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor of the U.S. Department of State released the International Religious Freedom Report 2007 on Ukraine. As the report mentions, in 2007 the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv continued funding a grant to the Ukrainian Catholic University's Institute of Religion and Society to monitor religious freedom in the country and post the results on its Religious Information Service of Ukraine website, www.risu.org.ua.
