1. Account manager.
Requirements:
- excellent written and oral English (work / study experience abroad
is a big plus);
- high level of responsibility;
- fast thinking and decision making;
- preferably evidence of basic management skills;
Responsibilities:
- overseeing each client's order from beginning till the end;
- arrange the orders in a way to ensure maximization of income;
- establishing long-term relationships with each client;
- organizing resources in such a way as to ensure the client's
satisfaction;
- providing weekly and monthly reports;
- negotiating about the price for the long-term orders;
- gathering and analyzing information about the market and
competition;

2. Executive director.
Requirements:
- leadership ability proven by experience (the field itself doen't
matter);
- work experience in Marketing, Management, Finance is welcome, but
little work experience can be compensated by thorough business theory
knowledge and ability to lead and desire to learn;
- excellent English, Russian, Ukrainian (work / study experience
abroad is a big plus);
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook prefered;
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Management, Marketing,
although experience can compensate the lack of the latter);
Responsibilities:
- regularly develop a business plan and agree it with the board of
shareholders;
- set goals, priorities and manage sales department, finance and technical
personnell;
- implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations;
- develop and implement strategies and plans for every business function to
reach goals;
- hire, motivate, set goals, control and coach subordinates;
